Don’t treat a pneumatic smasher like a battering ram.
Effective lemon extraction isn’t about how fast the smasher head drops.
It’s about the controlled pressure applied evenly across the contact area of the lemon slices—that’s what releases the juice.
With proper technique, one or two presses should produce more than enough juice for great-tasting lemonade.
Repeated smashing doesn’t improve yield—it only increases pulp, which many customers don’t prefer.
This isn’t a performance. It’s a business.
