Don't use a pneumatic smasher like it's a bettering ram!

Many people think it's about how fast the pneumatic smasher head drops down. Instead, it's about the pressure it creates across the  contact  area of the lemon slices that produces the juice. 

In one (1) or two (2) smashes you should be able to achieve adequate juice to make a really tasty lemonade.

And, smashing over and over again also increases the pulp in the drink, which many people do not like.
